Please sync libclass-dbi-loader-relationship-perl/1:1.2-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
Version 1.3 is not distributable (missing license), but has even be uploaded to Ubuntu again after it was removed (and when the license status was unknown) [1].
By now, the author for the older version 1.2 could be reached (and granted a license) so the package has been downgraded to that version in Debian.

[1] I sometimes have the impression that license problems are seen as
low priority in Ubuntu :-/
