[Bug 603101] [NEW] Make the build dependency on default-jdk-builddep unversioned

Binary package hint: tex4ht

default-jdk-builddep got renamed to gcj-native-helper which provides
default-jdk-builddep. But as tex4ht has a versioned build dependency on
it, the provides does work => Drop the version from the build dependency
as all current Ubuntu releases have a recent enough version anyways.
