[Bug 730369] [NEW] qt-sdk omitted from Maverick amd64 Packages file

For 10.10 Maverick amd64, there is no qt-sdk package listed in the Packages file,
hence it is not installable with normal apt tools.  i386 has it listed, but not amd64.
