[Bug 633109] [NEW] No progress bar for sftp uploads

[Impact]
Launchpad PPA now support packages uploads throw sftp instead anonymous ftp.
But when uploading with sftp dput do not show progress bar (ETA, packages size ...) and do not show any details. Only black screen. So there is no visible method to check if connection is active...

[Test Case]
$ dput ppa:adam-stokes/tester testpkg_0.1.0-0ubuntu1_amd64.changes

[Regression Potential]
Minimal, wraps dputhelper around file object to show progress indicator. If filesize is not determined it essentially acts like the previous behavior where it uploads with no indication.
