  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * debian/rules:
      - Define TEST_WITHOUT_INTERNET to pass tests on buildds.  Fixes
        FTBFS.
  Fixed in the last version in Debian.

  Changelog entries since current raring version 2.8-1ubuntu1:

  ykclient (2.8-2) unstable; urgency=low
