Thank you for your contribution. However, proposing a branch to be
merged into an lp:ubuntu/ branch will automatically cause the patch to
show up for sponsorship; there's no need to both open a merge proposal
and subscribe ubuntu-sponsors - in fact, doing so will add two separate
entries to the sponsorship queue. I'm going to go ahead and unsubscribe
ubuntu-sponsors from this bug.
