Confirmed the package builds fine in quantal. The main rdpends, puppet,
does not have any bug reports open against it wrt to this package and
the Debian puppet packaging doesn't mention having to do anything
special for working with this new version. ACK.

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * debian/control: Build-Depends on libxml2-dev, fix FTBFS
    * Build again for ruby1.9.
    * debian/control: remove ruby1.9 build-dep as we don't want it in main.

  Hi, now we build package for ruby 1.9 and the debian package now builds
  fine in quantal pbuilder without build-depends on libxml2-dev.
