One more fix.  VMCI module wouldn't build, contacted upstream, gave me a fix. Renamed one of the patches (since it had 3.8 fixes) instead of adding another one.

Unless we having any more problems with the 3.8 kernel, I can finally start working on bring stuff in from Debian.
