Please sync teem 1.11.0~svn5906-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * debian/patches/disable-test.patch:
    - Disable a certain NaN comparison test when under GCC because it relies
      on behavior that GCC does not promise to support.  (breaks type punning
      rules by accessing floats through unions)
This comparison test is now disabled upstream, so this patch is now irrelevant.
