The attachment "libxcb_1.8.1-2ubuntu1-multiarch-build-deps.patch" of
this bug report has been identified as being a patch in the form of a
debdiff. The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the bug report

that this is in fact not a patch you can resolve this situation by
removing the tag 'patch' from the bug report and editing the attachment

Title:
libxcb should build dep on python:any to cross-build
Status in “xcb” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
This package needs the native version of python (which is M-A:
allowed) to cross-build so its build dep should be on python:any
Doing this (as well as having a multi-arch: foreign version of dctrl-tools available) means that
apt-get build-dep -a<arch> libxcb works as expected and installs everything needed to cross-build the package.
