Bug description:
    subscribe dpitkin
    subscribe jpugh
    affects ubuntu/jockey

  jockey-common can't be depended upon by i386 packages on amd64. Since
  jockey-common is arch:all, all that's needed is probably just setting
  Multi-Arch: foreign on the package.
