Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Drop bdftopcf from build-deps, since it has not been available as a
    separate package since dapper.
  * debian/control: Update maintainer fields according to debian-
    maintainer-field spec.
  * Merge from debian unstable.
The only Ubuntu change was adding bdftopcf to the Build-Depends, and it was later removed, so there is no longer a delta.

xfonts-bolkhov (1.1.20001007-7) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
  * Change maintainer to QA Group.
  * debian/ cleanup:
    - debhelper compat level 9
