Title:
Add support for pulse audio input (and improve its performance)

Status in “sphinxbase” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Ubuntu version = Raring

  This update does the following:

    * Patch pulse driver to improve recognition latency.
      - This patch has also been accepted upstream.
    * Add libpulse and libalsa as dependencies.
      - This makes all the audio backends build.
    * Remove --with-alsa flag from build rules.
      - It's invalid now.
