[Bug 1378427] Re: Sync mate-applets 1.8.1+dfsg1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Although the bug below was raised against a PPA for Trusty that I
maintain, the issue is present in Utopic. Syncing the package will fix
the MATE Sticky Notes applet for Utopic, as confirmed in the issue
below:
