  Please sync pdns 4.0.0~alpha2-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Please sync pdns as alpha2 is a lot nearer to 4.0.0-final then alpha1.
  Not sure if 4.0.0 final will make it in time for xenial. There's some
  discussion on ubuntu-devel-discuss about powerdns in xenial:
