It does add new features yes, but I think it'll probably be OK. Let's
ask the release team :-)

Here is the list of changes:
https://go.googlesource.com/tools/+log/0f9d71c..f42ec61 -- it's large,
but I think the risk of regression is small as very few packages depends
or build-depend on this one (and I think almost all of the packages that
build-depend on this do not need to)
