  Please sync php-mail 1.3.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  FFE justification: The current version in the archive fails its test
  with PHP7.

  Changelog entries since current xenial version 1.2.0-7:

  php-mail (1.3.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Imported Upstream version 1.3.0
    * Bump standards version to 3.9.7
    * Rebuild with pkg-php-tools >= 1.32 for the PHP 7.0 transition
    * Drop all patches (Closes: #808615)
