Please sync mininet 2.2.2-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Fix test dependencies to pull in openvswitch-switch.
  * Fix test dependencies to pull in openvswitch-switch.

The delta is included in the latest Debian package.

Changelog entries since current cosmic version 2.2.2-2ubuntu1:

mininet (2.2.2-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * d/control: update vcs links to salsa
  * d/tests: depend on openvswitch-switch (Closes: #889700)
  * d/*: update compat to 11
  * Fix insecure-copyright-format-uri
