Title:
  Sync leiningen-clojure 2.8.1-9 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in leiningen-clojure package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Please sync leiningen-clojure 2.8.1-9 (universe) from Debian unstable
  (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Depend on libwagon-java in autopkgtest as well.

  I've upstreamed this fix into Debian.

  Changelog entries since current cosmic version 2.8.1-7ubuntu1:

  leiningen-clojure (2.8.1-9) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Fix dependency (libwagon2-java -> libwagon-java) in autopkgtests.
    * Assert compliance with policy 4.2.1. Obey the policy.
