Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No-change rebuild to drop python3.7.
  * No-change rebuild to drop python3.7.
  * Drop Python2 module again.
  * Re-add the Python2 module, still needed.

Effectively empty delta.
