Title:
Please sync pcre2 10.42-1 from Debian unstable into Lunar

Status in pcre2 package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
The current Ubuntu delta for this package exists due bug 1987850,
  which caused siridb-server to FTBFS on ppc64el. I re-build pcre2
10.42-1 in my PPA[1], and then re-built siridb-server in my PPA
against the new pcre2[2]. All went well, so I believe we can drop the
  delta and just sync.
