Bug description:
  Upgrade form v1.64 to v1.65 - Qt6 port required to build Qt6 plasma-
  discover snap backend.

  plasma-discover v 6.1.4 in proposed requires snapd-glib minimum v1.65
  to build its snap backend, as this version contains the first Qt6 port
  of the Qt bindings/libs.

  armhf test issue is in progress upstream (see github link)

  i386 qt6 build needs probably too much of the qt6 stack built for
  i386, and would be unused anyway as discover is not built for i386,
  hence disabling the qt build on i386

  plasma-discover has been built/tested against this in our staging ppas
