Matches prior art of how new boards get enabled in flash-kernel. Patch
LGTM.

I picked the updated version & debian/changelog from your PPA and will
sponsor into Oracular. We're past feature freeze already, but I consider
this for https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HardwareEnablementFreeze

Bug description:
  [Impact]

Qualcomm x1e80100 CRD board is DTB based but we do not support it with
flash-kernel. The device-tree binary will not be copied to /boot nor
  loaded by grub.

  [Where problems could occur]

This issue only happens on Qualcomm x1e80100 CRD board. Without proper
patched flash-kernel, /boot/dtb will not be created and grub will not
  load devicetree binary.

  [Test Case]

  * Install flash-kernel and linux supports for Qualcomm x1e80100 CRD board.
  * Checked /boot and see symbol link "dtb" is proper created.
  * Reboot system and see machine boots successfully.

  [Regression Potential]

Only new database entry is added, and it shall not affect other platform.
While -proposed testing, it will be good to test on other platform.
