Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

  * No-change rebuild with Python 3.10 only.
  * No-change rebuild to add python3.10.
  * No-change rebuild to drop python3.8 extensions.
  * No-change rebuild to drop python3.8 extensions.
  * No-change rebuild to drop python3.8 extensions.
  * No-change rebuild to build with python3.9 as supported.

The only real change was the fix for LP: #1994145 which the upstream has
added in the relese 0.11.2 via https://gitlab.com/thomasross/mirage/-/merge_requests/7.
