Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Disable HTTP proxy in t/Catmandu-Fix-search_sru.t to fix autopkgtest
    in Ubuntu CI

Same proxy fix is included in the upstream and by extension Debian
versions now.
