Bug description:
  Please sync libcatmandu-sru-perl 0.43.0-2 (universe) from Debian
  unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Disable HTTP proxy in t/Catmandu-Fix-search_sru.t to fix autopkgtest
      in Ubuntu CI

  Same proxy fix is included in the upstream and by extension Debian
  versions now.

  Changelog entries since current noble version 0.42.8-1ubuntu1:

  libcatmandu-sru-perl (0.43.0-2) unstable; urgency=medium

    * relax to stop (build-)depend explicitly on libhttp-tiny-perl:
      provided by perl in all supported Debian releases
