  Please sync django-rich 1.8.0-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Fixes tests on Python-3.12 (LP: #2052724)
      Added patch:
      tests-Fix-skip-test-for-change-in-Python-3.12.patch

  Patch has been included in Debian to skip the test for Python 3.12
  compatibility.
