Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* No change rebuild against libdcap1t64.
* No change rebuild against libdcap1t64.
* No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
* Remove hard-coded dependency on libgfal-srm-ifce1.
Dependency on libgfal-srm-ifce1 is now dropped from the Debian package
as well.
