Please sync zeroinstall-injector 2.18-2.1 (universe) from Debian
unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
  * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
  * Don't hard-code shared library dependency. ${shlibs:Depends} is
    working these days.
  * Rebuild against new OCAML ABI.
  * Rebuild against new OCAML ABI.
  * Rebuild against new OCAML ABI.
  * Rebuild against new OCAML ABI.

libgtk-3-0 has been dropped as an explicit dependency from the Debian
package too.

Changelog entries since current oracular version 2.18-2ubuntu2:

zeroinstall-injector (2.18-2.1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * debian/control: Drop explicit dependency on libgtk-3-0. The dependency
    will be implicitly listed automatically. This helps to solve issues
    with time_64 transition. (Closes: #1067170)
