PPA is empty because I am not able to re-version into -0ubuntu1 in PPA,
would like to ask the reviewer to review the content inside git-
buildpackage packaging repository instead.

Title:
[needs-packaging] foxconn-pc-services: Support for Foxconn WWAN
  modules

Status in OEM Priority Project:
  In Progress
Status in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Version: 4.2.1
  URL: https://github.com/foxconn-pc/fii_linux
  License: Proprietary
Description: Support for Foxconn WWAN modules

The package mainly provides "foxconn-foxflss-service", which is a
binary-only file for FCC Unlock procedure, and will be used by
  ModemManager: https://modemmanager.org/docs/modemmanager/fcc-unlock/

Also, the package foxconn-test-quick-suspend-resume is to allow modem
to stay on when host is suspended.

The packaging will include modaliases, which is not available in
  Debian packaging.

This package will be uploaded to multiverse due to non dfsg-free
  contents.
