Attach debdiff for both Plucky and Oracular. While this is a new
upstream release, the original tarball along with all the changes have
also been uploaded to ppa:vicamo/sru for review. See

genlmsg_mcast()") that has been backported to v6.11.6

V2: update the genlmsg_mcast patch to make sure it passes build
against stable kernels.
