Title:
  [Plucky] Fix compilation with kernels >=v6.14.9

Status in backport-iwlwifi-dkms package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in backport-iwlwifi-dkms source package in Plucky:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  [SRU Justification]

  == Impact:

  The kernel interface changed in 6.14.9 upstream stable by:

  commit 286e696770654d79b34bd15953e7101a1c4784c7
  Author: Alexander Wetzel <Alexander at wetzel-home.de>
  Date:   Tue Feb 4 12:13:52 2025 +0100

      wifi: mac80211: Drop cooked monitor support

  The DKMS package will be broken once that changeset gets applied.

  == Fix

  https://git.launchpad.net/~canonical-hwe-team/hwe-
  next/+git/intermediate-dkms/tree/debian/patches/wifi-mac80211-Drop-
  cooked-monitor-support.patch?h=backport-iwlwifi-
  dkms/plucky/experimental

  This is not required for any other series than Plucky (Questing is
  fixed by a newer driver and Noble kernel has not been changed).

  == Testcase

  Compile the DKMS module against a kernel that includes the 6.14.9
  upstream stable patches and check wireless functionality. Note that
  using this driver is discouraged for normal distro users. It is used
  by OEM/enablement customers only.

  == Regression potential

  Wifi could be broken on OEM platforms that use the backport driver.
