  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * d/tests/pkg-js/test:
      + Increase default timeout to 15s as tests took up to 9s to execute locally.
    * d/tests/pkg-js/test:
      + Increase default timeout to 15s as tests took up to 9s to execute locally.

      + Increase default timeout to 15s as tests took up to 9s to execute locally.
    * d/tests/pkg-js/test:

  The Debian package has added a timeout of 30s, presumably to work
  around the same issues.
