Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* explain/fontconfig-config: fix CRUFT_ROOT: parameter not set
(LP: #2079840)
- The CRUFT_ROOT fix has been forwarded to Debian, accepted, and released
starting in version 0.9.64.
