I was aware of some Ruby-related transitions happening in Debian. Unsure
of whether they have completed, I still raised this because we are close
to feature freeze (and this request is to sync a new release).

  unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * d/ruby-tests.rake: Define env var MT_COMPAT for compatibility
      with Minitest 5.20.0 in Ruby 3.3 (LP: #2077617)
    * d/ruby-tests.rake: Define env var MT_COMPAT for compatibility
      with Minitest 5.20.0 in Ruby 3.3 (LP: #2077617)

  The new upstream version is compatible with Ruby 3.3 (Minitest
  5.20.0).

  Changelog entries since current plucky version 3.4.0-2ubuntu1:

  ruby-default-value-for (4.1.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Team upload.
