      and d/libusdm0.symbols.
    - Remove some lintian overrides.
    - Modify d/control to solve lintian warnings on the description.
    - Modify d/rules to avoid potentially unsecure algorithms and remove
      '--with-systemdsystemunitdir=/usr/lib/systemd/system'.

qatlib has been added to Ubuntu on 24.04
recently, it is available in Debian and now it has a newer version

there is no Ubuntu delta left that needs to be kept
we can sync from Debian.
