Joining together with #ubuntu-youth on IRC

hoi,

I think that's a great idea. Ubuntu-students has a different mission 
than ubuntu-youth, but it is a good idea to use the same channel on IRC 
I think. We could ask an automatic redirection from #ubuntu-students to 
#ubuntu-youth too...
