I added you to the Ubuntu Studio Release team, which gives you some
control at http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com.

So, as testing lead I would at least require of you that you make sure
testing is done for the Final Beta (March) and the Final Release
(April), and that you mark those ready for release at
http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com when all testing is done. It's a good idea to
be available on IRC during those days in case someone wants to chat.
If all of that's ok with you, I'll let the release people know you are
the person to contact about that stuff. I can always cover for you, if
you don't have the time a specific day.
