But yeah, Cory is right.  I went too far with all of that, and the harder I 
dig to try to explain it all away so that I don't look like an asshole, the 
more I find myself at the bottom of a hole too deep to ever climb out of.

So I need to shut the hell up now, let it all go, and apologize.
