Add [US] or [Ub-St] to the emails from this list

I agree with the proposal.  I would like to see some soft of tag added to
the subject line.

Yes, i know. But what i ask i think use useful also. 

You know, if in the subject of my email i write "Problems installing". It
would arrive you as "[US-users]  Problems installing". 

Most of mailing lists happend this.
