No - don't mix with feisty and gutsy - you should have only gutsy - if 
you are using Ubuntu 7.10.

This one should be international, but you should always use 
local/country if available.

Just change everything to gutsy and then run:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
