Hi,

Cinelerra isn't in official repositories.

you can install it with our repository

## lprod (depot pour la video)
deb http://lprod.org/deb/dapper/ ./
deb-src http://lprod.org/deb/dapper/ ./

It's working fine with dapper up to gutsy.
