I don't want to be rude.

But install problems got to be addressed to the general Ubuntu list
not Ubuntu-Studio list.

2 reasons (for me) are:

a) General Ubuntu list is bigger on user number, so will have faster
and better response

b) It is wise to keep this list (UbuntuStudio) free of noise
