Okay, I understand and understand also that resources are limited and
that the ideal is sadly not possible. Uhfortunately this is something
I'm unable to help with.
You asked for constructive criticism. It would be helpful to communicate
more clearly and answer people's questions directly -- it would have
saved effort on both our parts if you had clearly answered, "What
you're missing is that it isn't possible from the LiveCD's installer.
You'll have to install vanilla Ubuntu from the alternate install and
install the US packages".
I knew that that was an option, but you could have made it clear that
that is the ONLY option. It's a common problem of not using five words
when they are necessary for clarity and two can confuse the situation
much more easily :-)
