Gord, I could be off the mark here...but I believe he was asking about
testing Studio 13.10, which was announced a little earlier in the list.

What I read was "so should I just upgrade from 13.04 to 13.10 or should I download it".
It indicated that there was consideration to just update the OS for testing.

But your right,  I could have just come into the room and caught part of the conversation.
