Number of lanes negotiated for each PCIe slot depends of chipset on the
PCIe card, but also of motherboard routing and chipset (lanes could be
shared and assigned at power on).
Quite difficult to get data about that from motherboard builders... The
best is to try, but sometimes we hope to know before ;-)
