Do you need pusleaudio and jackdbus? My Linux installs don't use pulseaudio. For averaged desktop audio, I'm using plain ALSA and for audio production I'm using jackd, not jackdbus. Assumed you shouldn't need pusleaudio and jackdbus, then consider to get rid of it.
