if you want to receive a list of all official Ubuntu mailing lists, you
need to send the correct command, to the right email address. From the

Send commands only to ubuntu-studio-users-request at lists.ubuntu.com,
                                         ^^^^^^^^
_do not_ send a command to  ubuntu-studio-users at lists.ubuntu.com.

Apart from choosing the wrong email address, you made a typo, it should
read "lists"
not  "list".
