[ubuntu-studio-users] Where to report USB audio bugs for specific audio devices?

I have a USB audio interface that was working just fine like two days ago, and after a "sudo apt-get upgrade," now it's broken (for all apps): audio input is garbage, output is silent.

A different USB interface works fine.

I'd like to report this, but I'm not sure what is the right place for it, apart from, it's likely to be an Ubuntu bug, not specifically Ubuntu Studio.
