[Bug 153729] pkgconfig points to nonexisting NDesk.DBus.dll (with solution)

  $ pkg-config --libs telepathy-sharp
  -r:/usr/lib/pkgconfig/../../lib/telepathy-sharp/INdT.Telepathy.dll -r:/usr/lib/pkgconfig/../../lib/telepathy-sharp/NDesk.DBus.dll 
  $ ls /usr/lib/telepathy-sharp/NDesk.DBus.dll
  ls: /usr/lib/telepathy-sharp/NDesk.DBus.dll: No such file or directory
  $ dpkg -S NDesk.DBus.dll
  libndesk-dbus1.0-cil: /usr/lib/cli/ndesk-dbus-1.0/NDesk.DBus.dll
  libndesk-dbus1.0-cil: /usr/lib/cli/ndesk-dbus-1.0/NDesk.DBus.dll.mdb
  $ cat /usr/lib/pkgconfig/ndesk-dbus-1.0.pc  | grep Libs
  Libs: -r:${libdir}/cli/ndesk-dbus-1.0/NDesk.DBus.dll

So, I'd say that a dependency on ndesk-dbus-1.0 should replace the
direct dll in telepathy-sharp.pc .
